- ISI can build and integrate your harness and panel assemblies.  We can build custom complex wiring harness from all industrial UL wire types and connectors of various sizes and types.  We can build custom wiring harness for any industry sector.  All wiring harness  are fully tested.  We offer wire harnesses tested at up to 2.5 Gb/s with advanced testing equipment including bit-error rate testers, digital sampling oscilloscope, TDR/sampling heads and pattern generators for Fibre Channel and Gigabit Ethernet protocols.

Quick turn design and production is employed on all wire harness programs. We utilize lean manufacturing principles and state-of-the-art scheduling system at ISI’s World Class manufacturing plant in Southern California along with close strategic alliances with select, rapid response Asian factories. Our facilities are equipped with the very latest wire processing, injection molding, and assembly equipment ensuring efficient, statistically controlled manufacturing processes.
