ISI Limited Warranty Statement

Interconnect Solutions Inc. (“ISI”) warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Subject to ISI’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, ISI will, at its option, either repair or replace any product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by ISI on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. ISI is not responsible for any consequential damage claims.

Warranty Claim Procedures and Requirements

To obtain warranty service, you must contact ISI to receive a return material authorization. You will also be given instructions on how and where to return the product.
