We at ISI produce Over-Molded Cable Assemblies using different styles of connectors and electronic or computer interface cables to meet your needs. Our molding presses are new state of the art technology, digitally controlled and utilize shuttle technology to maximize utilization of the press.  Our SMT lines are fully RoHS compliant as well as our hand soldering operations.  All assembles are fully tested.

Our Design Engineers are always available to assist you in the design and review of your interconnect projects.  Our design reviews assist in eliminating budget issues as well as scheduling problems  for our customers.

Over-Molded Cable Assemblies are tested through our Quality Department at up to 2.5 Gb/s with advanced testing equipment including bit-error rate testers, digital sampling oscilloscope, TDR/sampling heads and pattern generators for Fibre Channel and Gigabit Ethernet protocols.
