Interconnect Solutions, Incorporated is a full service, ISO-9001 registered manufacturer of cable assemblies and high-speed interconnects. Our expertise includes over-molded cable assemblies, complex wiring harnesses including panel assemblies and printed circuit boards as part of the harness, military cable assemblies fully compliant with military specifications, commercial and military fiber optic assemblies, and medical cable assemblies.
At ISI, we pride ourselves in using state-of-the-art technology. We use XYZ software to design and optimize your cable assembly. Our molding presses are new, digitally controlled xxTon from XYX Corporation and utilize shuttle mold technology to maximize utilization of the press. Our SMT lines are from XYZ Corporation and are fully RoHS compliant as well as our hand soldering operations. All assemblies are fully tested. We offer cable assemblies tested at up to 2.5 Gb/s with advanced testing equipment including bit-error rate testers, digital sampling oscilloscope, TDR/sampling heads and pattern generators for Fibre Channel and Gigabit Ethernet protocols.
Engineering services are available to assist our customer’s engineers in the design of their interconnect projects.
Quick turn design and production is employed on all programs. We utilize lean manufacturing principles and a state-of-the-art scheduling system at ISI’s World Class manufacturing plant in Southern California along with close strategic alliances with select, rapid-response Asian factories. Our facilities are equipped with the very latest wire processing, injection molding, and assembly equipment ensuring efficient, statistically controlled manufacturing processes.
